Your account settings control what customers see and how 24Mason handles new work.

Business profile

Keep this simple and accurate:
  • Business name
  • Main trade
  • Service area
  • Website copy
  • Contact information
Use words your customers use. If customers search for “lawn mowing” more than “grounds maintenance,” use “lawn mowing.”

Hours

Set realistic hours for customer booking and reminders. If you answer emergency calls after hours but only book normal jobs during business hours, keep those workflows separate.

Service area

Service-area rules protect your drive time. A good setup includes:
  • Your main working area
  • Any neighborhoods or towns you avoid
  • Whether out-of-zone customers are warned or blocked

Customer-facing defaults

Review anything a customer can see:
  • Business name
  • Reply language
  • Booking confirmation text
  • Reminder text
  • Website headline
  • Service names
Short, direct language works best.
