Quotes

Quotes help turn requests into approved work.

What a quote should include

A clear quote usually includes:
  • Customer name
  • Service address
  • Scope of work
  • Line items
  • Photos, if helpful
  • Taxes or fees
  • Expiration date
  • Signature or approval step

Keep scope clear

Write the scope in plain language. Customers should understand what is included and what is not. Example:
Replace existing 100 amp panel with 200 amp panel. Includes labor, standard materials, permit coordination, and cleanup. Does not include drywall repair or utility-side upgrades.

From quote to job

Once a customer approves a quote, use the same customer and job details to avoid retyping and mistakes.
